The assignment concerns the collection and transport of packaging and waste paper from ÅVS. SSAM procures the collection together with Alvesta and Ljungby municipalities. When emptying each collection container, the contractor must weigh the weight of the contents and report it to the respective municipality/company. The contractor must divide their invoicing so that they invoice the right municipality/company based on their impact on the assignment. In addition to the collection order, it also includes the provision of one or more transshipment points for handing over packaging waste to the producer responsibility organisation and the disposal of collected recycled paper. A transshipment station must be available for the packaging waste collected via ÅVS, as well as the packaging waste collected via property-related collection in apartment buildings (but does not apply to FNI within Ljungby municipality). Supervision, maintenance that can be done at ÅVC and stakeout/repatriation of the collection containers will also be included in the assignment. This procurement concerns the collection and transport of packaging and waste paper from recycling stations (ÅVS). SSAM procures the collection together with Alvesta and Ljungby municipalities.

Extent

The procurement concerns the collection and transport of packaging waste and waste paper from ÅVSer within the geographical area of the contracting authorities, as set out in section 1.4 Contracting authorities below, to one or more transhipment stations. Currently, 124 ÅVSs are covered within this assignment, but please note that the number of ÅVSs may change both until the start of the contract and during the contract period. The tenderer has a duty to investigate. This means that it is the responsibility of the tenderer to check the conditions prevailing at specified ÅVSer prior to the submission of the tender.

At the ÅVS, the following fractions are collected:

Pappersförpackningar,

Plastförpackningar,

Metallförpackningar,

Coloured glass packaging,

colourless glass packaging, and

Recycled paper.

On some ÅVSs, there may be more than one collection container per fraction, as indicated in the attached statistics files. The collection containers available at ÅVSerna are owned by the respective municipality or company.

The contractor's assignment will be to optimize the emptying frequency and plan routes that provide cost-effective emptying with the least possible climate impact. When emptying each collection container, the contractor must weigh the weight of the contents and report this to the respective municipality/company. Reported amounts form the basis for each municipality's statutory reporting responsibility to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. The contractor must divide their invoicing so that they invoice the right municipality/company based on their impact on the assignment.

However, cleaning and maintenance of ÅVS will be carried out by another supplier.

Estimated volume

The estimated annual volume of the framework agreement is as follows. However, the volume varies from year to year and no guaranteed volumes are provided.

For collection and transhipment from ÅVS:
