The OPC mission entrusted to the holder takes place in 2 phases:

- Phase 1 - design: until the award of works contracts;

- Phase 2 - realization: after notification of works contracts (det, aor, commissioning, Gpa).

The Operation is located on Air Base 105 located in the town of Evreux (Eure). It consists of the construction of various facilities on behalf of a squadron. The Operation consists of the reception of its 3 Falcons and their systems. Maintenance of these devices will be carried out in the maintenance hangar.

The operation can therefore be broken down into three sets:

- The maintenance hangar including:

- Maintenance areas for 3 Falcon 8x aircraft: 5,850 square meters SHON ;

- Storage premises and workshops: 1000 square meters;

- Tertiary premises, living rooms and technical rooms: 1100 square meters.

- the squadron's facilities (off-market) including:

- The renovation of building 428: 650 square meters SHON of heavy renovation;

- The Extension of building 438: 2850 square meters SHON from construction to extension;

- The light renovation of building 438, delivered in 2019: 1450 square meters;

- Upgrading of the aeronautical car park: 5000 square meters

The project provides for the exterior development of a plot area of 14,700 square meters whose development project includes: car parks, delivery areas, basins, landscaped areas including outdoor patio, pedestrian paths for the entire project, physical isolation of the surrounding buildings.

The project provides for the development of additional outdoor car parks on a land reserve adjacent to the project.
