Purchase of polymer for sewage sludge

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of polymer for sludge drainage to 5 utilities, located on Zealand and Lolland Falster. KompetenceCenter Sjælland, Guldborgsund Forsyning and Lolland Forsyning, participate in the tender. The utilities included in the tender wish to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of polymer for pre-drainage and final drainage to the treatment plants mentioned in the present tender documents.

The tender is divided into 13 lots.

Collection of sludge samples in weeks 43-44

Lot 1 Guldborgsund Wastewater: Nykøbing Falster Wastewater Treatment Plant and Marielyst Wastewater Treatment Plant

Test type: First laboratory test for selection, then own performed full-scale test.

The test is carried out at Nykøbing Falster wastewater treatment plant. The selected polymer will be used at both plants.

The treatment plant is a mechanical, chemical, biologically active sludge plant. Only final drainage is carried out on the plant.

A small amount of sludge is added to the treatment plant from trix tanks. This sludge is digested together with the rest of the sludge.

There, 460 kg, polymer will be delivered to the Own full scale test.

Minimum requirement of that TS% for final conversion with a requirement of 20-24% TS.

Minimum requirements Shrimp water quality must be observed. Here, there must be a maximum of 70-100 ml of precipitate in a 1000 ml measuring cylinder glass.

Minimum requirement for TS% for final conversion with requirements of 19-21% TS.

The test is carried out at the Frejlev wastewater treatment plant. The selected polymer will be used at all four plants.

The treatment plant is a mechanical, chemical, biologically active sludge plant. Only final drainage is carried out at the installation.

Surplus sludge from Krumsø Wastewater Treatment Plant (1,400 PE) is fed into the treatment plant and dewatered together with the plant's own sludge.

There, 155 kg, polymer will be delivered to the Own full scale test.

Minimum requirement of that TS% for final conversion with a requirement of 19 -23% TS.

Haslev wastewater treatment plant is a mechanical, chemical, biologically active sludge plant, which was renovated in 2012.

Only final drainage is carried out at the installation.

No surplus sludge is added to the treatment plant from other treatment plants.

The plant has sludge mineralization plants, which are overloaded. So, the screw press should relieve the beds and be used for winter driving.

There, 125 kg of polymer will be delivered to the Own Full Scale test.

Minimum requirement of that TS% for final flux with requirements of 18-20% TS.

Minimum requirements Shrimp water quality must be within between 800-1000 mg SS/L.

Lot 4 Faxe supply, Faxe Wastewater Treatment Plant - Pre-drainage and final drainage

There is excess sludge for the treatment plant from two smaller biological treatment plants in the surrounding area.

1050 kg, polymer must be delivered to Own full scale test.

Minimum requirement that TS% for pre-conversion with requirements of 6-7% TS.

Minimum requirements that TS% for final conversion with requirements of 21-22% TS.

Minimum requirements Rejektvands quality shall be complied with. A maximum of 800 mg SS/L
