The purpose of this acquisition is to provide an electronic brokerage and printing service for purchase and sales invoices to Certia and its client universities. As part of its service, Certia provides financial management services to its customer universities and provides customers with electronic invoicing and printing of purchase and sales invoices. The agreement is concluded for the period 12 / 2019-12 / 2026. Optionally, the agreement may be extended to 2027 and 2028. The agreement must also be extended to potential new Certia customers for the duration of the customer relationship. Certia currently has ten (10) Finnish universities as its clients. The financial system solution is SAP.

The target of the acquisition is a complete purchase and sales invoice brokerage service including electronic invoice attachment, service related maintenance and advisory services and a service deployment project.

The complete service to be purchased includes:

Real estate Channels:

- Electronic invoicing (incoming or outgoing) operator service,

- Paper Invoice Scanning Service and Paper Sales Invoice Forwarding, Printing and Mailing Service,

- Email Invoice Reception and Email Invoice Forwarding.

Purchase invoices:

- Paper Invoice Scanning Service,

- e-invoice clearing service,

- Receipt of purchase invoices via email,

- Forwarding of other invoice documentation in electronic format (eg delivery documents, reminder notes, collection letters) included in purchase invoices. Other electronic invoice documentation is not expected to allow the service provider to complete the basic information.

Sales Invoices:

- brokerage, printing, enveloping and mailing services for paper sales invoices,

- electronic invoice clearance service,

- Academy of Finland sales invoice brokerage service.

Deployment project including:

- service deployment,

- construction of the necessary interfaces between the systems used,

- Testing,

- Other commissioning tasks.

Continuous service for the duration of the contract, including:

- Maintenance services,

- Reporting and monitoring,

- Advisory services.
