1. The subject of the framework agreement is the award of contracts for printing and delivery services of publications of the Military Publishing Institute:

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D to the Terms of Reference.

3. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids divided into 2 parts (tasks) - the description of individual parts of the contract is included in Annexes 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D to the Terms of Reference.
