I.Insurance of engineering infrastructure property against natural hazards (PD) included in the system of named risks

1. Subject of insurance

Insurance protection under the insurance of property against natural risks will cover engineering infrastructure (in particular bridges, viaducts, flyovers, tunnels, culverts, footbridges, retaining walls with accompanying installations built in or installed on facilities) owned by the Ordering Party.

The territorial scope includes the places where the subject of the insurance is located.

The estimated total value of property reported for insurance is approx. PLN 500 million.

2. Scope of insurance

The property will be insured in the system of named risks.

Damage is considered to be the loss, damage or destruction of the Insured property as a result of one or more random events covered by the insurance contract of a sudden, unexpected and independent nature (within the meaning of the representative clause).

Different provisions of insurance conditions (contractual templates) are not used, including those making the insurer's liability for one event dependent on the insurance of other events.
