The purpose of this Tender procedure is to conclude three (3) Framework Agreements for each consumption group (Stedin Housing, DNWG Warmte and Stedin Asset Management) of the Client, whereby only the General Purchasing Conditions of Stedin Group dated 1 January 2020 apply to the Framework Agreements.

The Client intends to award three (3) individual Framework Agreements so that the individual consumption groups can make their own choice about their Connections after the initial term (see section 3.4).
