New administration building (N6): Description of the technical electrical installation work

In the course of the “New Lichtbergschule in Eiterfeld” project, the electrotechnical administration of the administration is being built as part of the new Lichtbergschule.

The electrical installations are carried out as surface and flush mounting. The wiring is done exclusively with halogen-free cables.

The cables are generally laid using cable trays, collective holders and loop dowels in the suspended and suspended ceilings. The individual floors are supplied via risers in the new shafts to be built.

All cable routing systems such as parapet ducts, cable ducts and plastic pipes are designed as halogen-free cable systems.

The lighting and sun protection control takes place via a KNX system, which is integrated into the higher-level KNX system of the Lichtberg School.

The marking of the escape and rescue routes in the administration is initially carried out using self-contained luminaires with individual luminaire monitoring. The lights will later be converted to central battery lights as part of the overall new building.

The new building will be equipped with a lightning protection system according to lightning protection class 3.

The administration building is connected to the new BMA and ELA system.

The scope of services only includes the BMA and ELA cabling for the administration building. The BMA and ELA components and their commissioning are carried out on site.

The administration building N6 is connected from the local technical center via a star-shaped cabling.

A new data cabinet will be installed in the administration building to supply the building on level 0.

The tertiary cable network is designed as a copper network with S-STP cables (Cat. 7). The network is set up in a star shape from the distribution cabinet to the junction boxes.

The cabling is used for the telecommunications and data connections.

- 2x low-voltage distributions (1x HV, 1x UV),

- approx. 8,000 m of installation cables (1.5 mm 2 up to 16 mm 2 ),

- approx. 200 m installation cables (25 mm 2 up to 95 mm 2 ),

- approx. 3 300 m control cables,

- approx. 300 m parapet canal,

- approx. 200 m cable ladder,

- approx. 500 pcs. Switches and sockets,

- approx. 160 x louvre lights, approx. 60x downlights, approx. 30x surface-mounted + outdoor lights and approx. 20x exit sign lights,

- approx. 350 m interception and discharge lines, approx. 12x interception rods + separation points,

- approx. 300 m of ELA cables,

- approx. 1,000 m of BMA cables,

- approx. 6,300 m network data cable, approx. 70x data sockets,

- approx. 150 m fiber optic cable,

- KNX system with approx. 190x bus participants to control the lighting and sun protection,

- approx. 900 m KNX cable,

- approx. 50x sun protection connections.
