The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery and setting up in the m.st. Warsaw 396 pcs. concrete baskets with a flat lid and 200 pcs. metal baskets.

The order is divided into 2 parts:

Part I - execution, delivery and setting up in the m.st of Warsaw 396 pcs. concrete baskets with a flat lid.

Part II – execution, delivery and setting up in the Śródmieście district m.st Warsaw 200 pcs. metal baskets.

The parameters of the baskets are specified in the "Technical designs of baskets" constituting Annexes No. 1 to the model contracts.

The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids. The contractor may submit a bid for all parts of the contract.

The parameters of the baskets are specified in the "Technical design of the basket" constituting Annex 1 to the model contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 / I to the SWZ.

Part II – execution, delivery and setting up in the Śródmieście district m.st Warsaw 200 pcs. metal baskets.

The parameters of the baskets are specified in the "Technical design of the basket" constituting Annex 1 to the model contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4/II to the SWZ.
