After awarding the currently around 350 employees of BZK and HCG (excluding volunteers and hiring), SIB must have access to the requested office automation environment and workplace services (including associated services and deliveries). The scope of the government contract comprises (a) provision of a modern office automation environment in the form of 'Software as a Service', (b) data center services: server and storage capacity (production and contingency environment, file servers) for business applications , (c) availability of 'service desk' / 'breakdown service' (single point of contact), (d) implementation of implementation, and (e) training of employees

After awarding the currently around 350 employees of BZK and HCG (excluding volunteers and hiring), SIB must have access to the requested office automation environment and workplace services (including associated services and deliveries). The agreement to be concluded with the contractor for this purpose has an initial duration for the duration of the implementation to the new office automation environment and workplace services plus 3 years (calculated from the moment of full commissioning by employees in operational management), with the possibility for SIB to extend the agreement 4 times after the expiry of the initial duration, each time for a period of one year.
