Interior cleaning Stadttheater Bremerhaven

The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor (AN) for the interior cleaning of the Stadttheater Bremerhaven. This includes maintenance cleaning and thorough cleaning of all buildings/facilities. An area with a total size of 13,032.73 sqm will be advertised for cleaning:

1. Main building Theodor-Heuss-Platz 9,087.01 sqm

2 Theatre administration Linzer Straße 3,461.25 sqm

3. JUB - Young Theater 484.47 sqm.

Note: The contract starts during the theatre holidays (30.06.2023 to 13.08.2023). There is only limited holiday operation (see Appendices 1a and 1b - Building data, there column 11 "Theatre holidays").

The basic cleaning will be completed by 31.07.2023.

Sightseeing

The bidder can obtain information about the conditions on site as part of the preparation of the offer (see Annex 6 - Inspection plan for site inspection).

Subsequent objections about insufficient knowledge cannot be raised. The circumstances are presented as seen in the inspections and presented in the award documents.

Friday, 05.05.2023 at 9.00 am

Participation in the property inspection is limited to a maximum of 1 representative per bidder. The tenderer's representative must be named and be able to identify himself on the spot.
