The purpose of this assignment is to provide complementary knowledge about the factors that are of significance for student well-being at school and their perception of the school environment, and what the reasons may be that students assess the school environment more negatively now than previously. The assignment will investigate whether there are differences between different groups of students and what, if anything, characterises the experiences of groups of students who fail to thrive. Furthermore, the assignment will provide complementary knowledge about the work schools are doing on the school environment and what inhibits and promotes the development of an inclusive, safe and good school environment.
The assignment will be carried out in the 2024-2027 period, and has a total cost limit of up to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT.
