1) The subject of the contract is the supply of a testing chamber, hereinafter referred to as the device.
2) The offered device must be brand new and unused, come from current production (not older than 2022), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland.
3) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the device along with delivery, transport, unloading and bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party as well as assembly, commissioning and training of the Ordering Party's employees (2-4 people, post-installation training on the operation of the device and sample preparation). The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service

3) Detailed description of the object of the order is annex 2 of the SWZ
4) Term of the contract: up to 14 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above. A bid providing for a shortening of the deadline will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer

6) Minimum warranty period required: 24 months.
7) Detailed terms of execution of the order and the terms of payment shall include the model contract annex 3 to the SWZ.
