Sirkula IKS shall enter into a contract for the collection and transportation of household waste from holiday homes in Ringsaker, Stange, Løten and Hamar municipalities. Commercial waste is not included in this procurement. The contracting authority will only deal with 1 provider during the entire contract period. The provider can, however, use sub-supplier(s) for up to 35 % of the contract value, provided that there are signed/binding commitment statement(s) with the tender. The framework agreement period is 7 years with an option for 1+1 year extension. The collection can be made with a hook lorry/lifting lorry/compacting vehicle with a crane and winch. The total residue waste amount in the municipalities was approx. 2 000 tons in 2016, the total amount for the other fractions was approx. 200 tons. The contract shall also include treatment costs for the sorted fractions.
