Glass cleaning district north - Bremerhaven V0356/2023 - 50 objects (26.843,35 sqm)

The aim of this tender is to find a suitable contractor for glass cleaning in the northern district, all in Bremerhaven. This includes the cleaning of windows and glazed entrance and exit doors as well as surfaces of interior glazing (e.g. fire doors and other intermediate doors in the

buildings) and glass roofs.

A glass area with a total size of 26,843.35 sqm (50 objects) is put out to tender for cleaning.

The exact building data can be found in Appendix 1 - "Building data".

There is no possibility to visit the interior!

A site visit from the outside can only be done from the street/sidewalk, entering the premises is not allowed!

The contract starts on 01.01.2024. The contract period is from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, with the option on the part of the AG to extend it four times by one year each, at the latest until 31.12.2028. The contract is tacitly extended unless the contract is terminated in due time or ends due to the occurrence of a resolutive condition.

Glass cleaning (glass maintenance cleaning) includes cleaning the glass surfaces (including artificial glass) on both sides or, in the case of double windows, on four sides.

The scope of the cleaning is determined by the composition of the area. All glass surfaces in the listed objects must generally be cleaned twice a calendar year, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Per calendar year,

1. the first cleaning from 01/01 to 30/06.

2. the second cleaning from 01/07 to 31/12.

By feeding.

The interval between the two cleanings in an object should be in about six months.
