1. The subject of the contract is the joint purchase of active electricity for the Pisz Commune and organizational units of the Pisz Commune.

2. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity to 343 energy reception points for powering pumping stations, wells, tourist facilities, schools, common rooms, office buildings and street lighting.

4. The ordered contracted capacity for all electricity consumption points is 5,189.30 kW, broken down into tariff groups:

1) B23: 825 kW in months I, II, III, IV, X, XI, XII and 641 kW in months V, VI, VII, VIII, IX,

2) C11 - 1,965.6 kW;

3) C12a - 283.2 kW;

4) C12b - 1.190.5 kW;

5) C21 - 237 kW;

6) G11 - 47 kW.

5. The estimated amount of electricity supplied during 1 month is 487,423.00 kWh (487,423 MWh), broken down into consumption in the following tariff groups:

1) for electricity collection points settled in tariff group B 23 morning peak - 50,895 kWh

2) for electricity collection points settled in tariff group B 23 afternoon peak - 33.078 kWh

3) for electricity collection points settled in tariff group B 23 other hours of the day - 181,706 kWh

4) for electricity collection points settled in tariff group C 11 - 79.411 kWh

5) for electricity collection points accounted for in the C 12a tariff group peak zone - 3,526 kWh

6) for electricity collection points settled in the C 12a tariff group off-peak zone - 8.231 kWh

7) for electricity collection points accounted for in the C 12b tariff group day zone - 37,196 kWh

8) for electricity collection points accounted for in the C 12b tariff group night zone - 75,219 kWh

9) for electricity collection points settled in tariff group C 21 - 17.451 kWh

10) for electricity collection points settled in the G11 tariff group - 710 kWh.
