The purpose of this contract is to provide, configure and maintain an electronic management and document archiving solution in SAAS mode. It was agreed that the expected tool should be designated in the market parts as “GOL Solution”. The market consists of the following services:

— implementation of the GED solution in SAAS mode,

— support and transfer of skills,

— application maintenance and level 2 support to administrators

— implementation of the reversibility or portability plan.
