The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of Service A, consisting of the transport of Shipments, including the contents of which will constitute the Postal Shipments and the contents of which will constitute dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2 (4) of the Act on 19 August 2011 on the transport of hazardous materials, under which the Contractor is obliged to accept consignments for carriage at the place and time limit set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, as set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement, and issue the consignments accepted for carriage at the place specified therein appendix.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of service A, i.e. the provision of transport services in domestic road transport of goods, linear transport of postal cargo - KPS course No. 57001_00571, 57001_00571 WMP Wrocław - WER Wrocław - WER Warszawa - WER Warszawa 2, WER Warszawa 2 - WER Warszawa - WER Wrocław - WMP Wrocław.
2. The maximum number of km during the term of the contract / basic order + option right - 271 068 km.
3.Expected date of commencement of the provision of the subject of the contract from 29.10.2023, implementation period for a period of 14 months and 3 days.
4.The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, under the single-source procurement procedure pursuant to Article 388 point 2) point c) of the PPL, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract
1) The scope of the contract will include a maximum number of kilometers (with the right of option) -125 538 km
2) The draft contract will be forwarded to the Contractor together with an invitation to negotiations.
3) Contractual penalties will be provided for in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure.
4) The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be regulated on principles analogous to the contract concluded in the basic procurement procedure
5) Deadline for the completion of the additional order up to a maximum of 6 months.
