The district of Altötting intends to conclude a purchase contract as part of an open procedure. The object of the order is the delivery of one milling machine (lot 1) and five lathes (lot 2) for the vocational schools Altötting. The call for proposals is part of the DigitalPakt – integrated specialist classrooms funding programme.
Lot 1: Milling machineA milling machine in a safe and closed design is procured. The milling machine must be suitable for teaching and serves as a teacher demonstration device.
Version: "Combi training machine" with manual control via handwheels and digital display.
The milling machine must be set up on site ready for operation. For this purpose, a site visit is required at the latest before delivery of the machine.
After operational handover (including all connections), a training course is held at the Staatl. Vocational school Altötting on site (max. 1 day; approx. 5 participants). After two to three months, further training (retraining) must be carried out; Scope: about 4 hours.
The minimum requirements of the milling machine can be found in the "Leistungsbeschreibung_Preisblatt" appendix.
Lot 2: LathesA total of five guide and pull spindle lathes in safe construction will be procured. The lathes must be suitable for teaching.
One (1) lathe is a teacher demonstration device to be supplied with appropriate modules and additional equipment. The four (4) additional lathes are intended as student equipment for practical lessons. For safety reasons, all lathes must be of the same type/manufacturer. The machines (teacher and student devices) must be compatible so that the students can work exactly as the teacher shows on the teacher's device. If machines from different manufacturers are offered, this leads to exclusion from the process.
