This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of three objectives:

• the maintenance and maintenance in good working order of the equipment described (Annexes 1 of the CCP)

• the provision of comfort to the tenants of Territory Habitat, (heating and domestic hot water) described in the rooms of the market,

• the search for energy savings and compliance with the consumption targets presented in the act of commitment.
