School transport under the agreement will start at the beginning of the school year in autumn 2023 and last until the end of the school year in the spring.

SCHOOL TRANSPORTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VEHMAA
The target of the procurement is the school transports of the municipality of Vehmaa for the academic years 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 and as an option for the academic years 2025–2026 and 2026–2027.
School transport under the agreement will start at the beginning of the school year in autumn 2023 and last until the end of the school year in the spring.
School days start at 9:00 and end at 13:00 and 15:00.
The offer should take into account that:
• the offer is made when driving a taxi in the so-called taxi service. as a price per kilometre of running, i.e. euros/ actual kilometre driven
• when driving a bus, the fare is made as the route fare for one ride;
• The price per kilometre must include all costs incurred in one day of driving for the route, kilometres, equipment and personnel. There is no need to specify the costs.
• in early autumn, motorists are required to provide a list of weekly times, kilometres and pupils to be transported
• offer as a price excluding VAT (VAT 0%)
• the prices of the offer are valid for the entire contract period
• we require that the operator's fleet is sufficient within the framework of the laws and the provider must find out the explanations required by the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out

• possible self-paying students must also be taken into account along the route
• transport routes are drawn up according to the number of pupils in transport and home addresses in accordance with the Basic Education Act: Basic Education Act 628/1998

• if there are significant changes in the school places or numbers of pupils, the municipality can make changes to transports and routes in the middle of the contract period, with a notice period of 2 weeks

• The scores and their weightings consist of the following areas:
Price per day in EUR (90 points)
- The lowest bid gets 90 points and the score for other bids is calculated from the formula: (cheapest price / price offered) x 90 = score
The points awarded for a clean vehicle are 10 additional points.
• the operator must have 35% clean vehicles in categories M1, M2 and N1
• Accepted offer to commit the motorist to school transport for the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025
The procurement also includes chartered transports and possible additional transport needs as an additional procurement opportunity. Charter times refer to, for example, the basic curriculum, etc. for schoolchildren. transports ordered for day trips, trade fairs, athletics and ski races, swimming trips or other similar needs. Additional transport needs refer to, for example, additional routes or journeys.
