1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel oil for energy purposes for the 16th Military Economic Division in Drawsko Pomorskie for the purpose of the Drawsko Pomorskie Security Group, the Wałcz Security Group (Wałcz Strzelnica, Cybowo Depot, 21 CPL Nadarzyce), meeting the requirements set out in PN-C 96024:2011
2. The place of delivery of the subject matter of the agreement are the Security Groups, hereinafter referred to as the Recipients, in accordance with the "Delivery Schedule"
3. Fuel oil should be delivered by road tankers that meet the European standards of exhaust emissions in accordance with the declared EURO standard, with sealed tanker chambers, in accordance with the required standards, equipped with filler tips with a legalized "meter" in units of measurement - liter.
4. Heating oil shall be supplied in accordance with all applicable regulations, including those governing the carriage of hazardous materials according to RID/ADR.

6. The Contractor shall be obliged to hold a concession for the marketing of liquid fuels.
