Sanitary engineering for the renovation of the Sömmerda swimming pool.
Technical system description for the sanitary engineering trade:
Drainage:
Separation system inside and outside the building, water discharge into the public mixed water - sewer using existing pipes and shafts as far as operationally and economically justifiable. The current sewer is sufficient for the discharge of the dirty water, and a separate pipe has to be installed for the rainwater pipe.
Drinking water treatment:
Central filtering of the supplied water with flushable filters Floor drains: 2 sealing levels, corrosion-resistant drains with adhesive flange and extension element with suitable connection foils for "alternative sealing" when laying tiles using the thin bed method; i, roof drains and line ventilation hoods provided by roofers; Pipe connection of roof drains by installation companies;
Water heating:
Decentralized hot water preparation via fresh water system for the showers and changing rooms. Hot water supply: in the showers: economy shower heads approx. 9-12 l / min,
Mixing thermostats per shower area with self-closing device, pretext - stainless steel housing with mixer tap and shower head; Connections for hot water 60-45
Regular control via electronic central control unit, flushing time and flushing time can be set as desired,
Surface cleaning:
KW cleaning tap
Piping supply:
PE-HD plastic pipes and PE-HD fittings from house feed up to and including cold water distributors in welded design; stainless steel pipe with suitable press fittings from distributor for hot and cold water pipes;
Sewage pipes:
Connections to facilities also as HT drain pipe; Drainage lines for dripping, condensate or splash water in heating and ventilation systems as HT pipe or PVC pressure pipe, depending on the place of use;
Furnishings:
Wall-hung toilet body with concealed cistern; Single or hand wash basin depending on the space available; Pouring basins in cleaning or technical rooms; Urinals with flush valve in public areas and catering and personnel areas; Mirrors, tilting mirrors in the disabled area, wall hooks; Toilet paper holder;
Reserve paper holder in the toilets; extended toilet in the area for the disabled, support and folding handles, folding seat on the shower for the disabled, washbasins for the disabled with underbody odor trap; in the public area all facilities with self-closing fittings; otherwise manual standard fittings, ceramic color white; Fitting color chrome0
Valves:
Plastic, special metal or gunmetal fittings adapted to the pipe material; Return valve; Pressure reducer; Shut-off valves with internal
Regulating cone for distribution system and tank replenishment; thermally controlled valves with Legionella circuit for circulation lines; Concealed valves for group barriers; Pipe separator where required;
Water counting:
Counters for certain areas or consumers in coordination with the client / operator.
A TT network is installed for the technical area. This must be taken into account in all installations, especially in the switchgear that is supplied in the scope of services.
