The mission of the service provider will be to facilitate and carry out projects that require a variety of expertise. The projects in question include legal, organizational and functional analyses of processes and procedures, with a focus on simplification and/or digitization. They may also involve project management or activities aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public services and organizational support.

The projects are located in the areas of administrative simplification, the application of the “Only Once” principle and the implementation of the European Single Digital Gateway Regulation

OPEN PROCEDURE for the support of projects related to:

- administrative simplification, including improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public services and implementing regulations on administrative simplification,

- implementation of the Single Digital Gateway policy.
