Negotiated procedure with prior call for competition concerning the conclusion of a contract with a successful tenderer for the replacement of the weather forecasting system.

The supply (skeyes will purchase the system) of a weather forecasting system that will allow the 'weather monitoring centre' of skeyes and the 'aerodrome meteorological centre' of skeyes to provide forecasts, warnings and support to internal users (weather, ATCO) and external customers (airports, pilots, airlines, other ANSP MET, MUAC, Belgian Defence, ...).

skeyes must provide meteorological services, as specified in ICAO Annex 3, for more information on this, we refer to the selection guide.

The successful bidder will provide the weather forecasting system, install it, configure it, put it into operation and maintain it.

Given the importance of the capital expenditure and the expected life of the system, the duration of this contract is set at 15 years after the provisional acceptance of the system (2 years of maintenance during the warranty period (included in the cost of the investment), followed by an additional 13 years of maintenance (annual maintenance fee)).
