1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 blade servers with housing and 2 2U servers for the Polish Academy of Sciences divided into two parts.
Part 1
Delivery of brand new (i.e. manufactured not earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery) 8 blade servers with housing, warranty, service, implementation and training. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ.
Part 2
Delivery of brand new (i.e. manufactured not earlier than 12 months before the date of delivery) 2 2U servers with warranty and service. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ.

Part 1

2. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract for part 1 is the seat of the Ordering Party.
3. An equivalent solution shall apply to each part of the contract. Wherever the subject of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters – indicated in Annex 1a to the SWZ for part 1 of the contract and do not lower the standards specified in the SWZ. In the event that the Contractor proposes equivalent products, it is obliged to demonstrate and attach to the tender a summary of all the proposed equivalent elements and demonstrate their equivalence in relation to the elements described in Annex 1a of the SWZ for part 1 of the contract. All equivalent products proposed by the Contractor must have technical and functional parameters not inferior to those indicated in Annex 1a to the SWZ to part 1 of the contract and have appropriate approvals and approvals as for the subject of the contract for part 1 of the contract.
4. The Ordering Party requests the Contractor to indicate in the Offer Form the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.
5. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor or individual Contractors jointly applying for the award of a public contract to perform key tasks personally.

2. The place of delivery of the subject of the order for part 2 is the seat of the Ordering Party.
