This call describes the necessary measures, services and deliveries for the renewal and expansion of the DAB + Playout System in the NDR

The renewal includes the following tasks:

- Construction and commissioning of a main-playout system with 16 multiplexes,

- Construction and commissioning of an accidental playout system with 16 multiplexes,

- Connection of both systems to the existing redundant crossbar system (HKS.1 and HKS.2),

- Measures to ensure automatic and manual accident switching between the main and the emergency playout system.

- Measures to monitor both systems.

- Acceptance by the NDR together with the JV.

- Documentation of the system by the JV.

- Training for system service.
