The purpose of the consultation is to set up a framework agreement with subsequent contract (s) and which includes:

- the supply of electricity for the supply of PDLs;

- the mission of balance manager in accordance with Article L. 312-15 of the Energy Code,

- access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for PDLs,

- the associated services.

Each subsequent contract takes the form of a single contract for the supply and forwarding of prices relating to the supply, associated services and the routing of invoices.
