The contract consists of the provision of heating maintenance and troubleshooting services in the form of a total guarantee and a boiler replacement programme including the production of domestic hot water.

This market is divided into two parts:

- Part 1: Maintenance and troubleshooting heating and hot water production in the form of a total guarantee until the replacement of the equipment

- Part 2: Occasional replacement of a heating device or hot water production

The tenderer's attention is drawn to the duration of the contract, which is three years renewable once three years.
