From 2016-2019, Statens vegvesen (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration), together with the regional toll money companies, will implement a series of procurements, which shall replace the current central system. After a completed and approved concept phase, the project is now in the planning phase of the procurement of a business system for the regional toll money companies, in the industry referred to as operator solutions.

The Contracting Authority wants to procure an operator solution that supports, simplifies and makes processes more efficient based on a standard system and best practice for:

— collection,

— invoicing,

— sales ledger,

— accounting,

— processing of payments and

— administration and reporting.

The operator solution is considered to be a variation of an ERP system (ERP=Enterprise Resource Planning).
