1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol group E – hereinafter referred to as "gas", in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in this SWZ, carried out within the scope of the following 3 tasks:

1.1. Task No. 1 – comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with symbol E to the installation in the 8th EDF. Transport Aviation Base in Krakow – Balice, 32-083 Balice, Capt. M. Medweckiego 10.

1.2. Task No. 2 – comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with symbol E to the installation in the hangar building in the 8. Transport Aviation Base in Krakow - Balice, 32-083 Balice, Capt. M. Medweckiego 10.

1.3. Task No. 3 – comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with symbol E to the installation in 11. Małopolska Brigade of Territorial Defense Oświęcim, 32-600 Oświęcim, Rtm. Pileckiego 37.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the SWZ, within: start – 01.02.2023, completion – 31.12.2023.

High methane gas with the symbol of Group E, which is the subject of the contract, must meet the quality standards suitable for the gas of that group, as set out in Chapter 8 — “Quality parameters of gaseous fuels, quality standards of services, customers and how to handle complaints” (§ 38 — 44) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158) and the Law of 10 April 1995. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 of late) and implementing acts issued pursuant to it.

The gas characteristics of the facility are presented in Appendix 4 to the SWZ.
