The municipality of Sennfeld intends to develop new commercial areas east of St 2272 in the southern municipal area on the basis of the legally valid development plan "Gewerbegebiet östlich der St 2272".
Object planning for civil engineering structures and traffic facilities, work phases 5 to 9 according to § 43 Abs. 1 or § 47 Abs. 1 HOAI for the development of the industrial area east of St 2272 in SennfeldThe planning services necessary for the development of the object planning for civil engineering structures according to § 41 No. 1 and 2 HOAI, buildings and facilities of water supply and wastewater disposal, work phases 1 to 4 have already been commissioned and fully provided. Within the framework of this award procedure, therefore, the object planning for civil engineering structures pursuant to § 41 No. 1 and 2 HOAI, buildings and facilities for water supply and wastewater disposal including land connections (Lot 1), work phases 5 to 9 are to be awarded.
It may be intended to carry out the construction measure for the construction of the traffic facilities in construction phases, which are still to be determined concretely in the planning.
Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2023 at the latest and construction completion (total acceptance) by November 2024.
