The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the TSO Wierzbica unit.
The material scope of the contract includes in particular:
a) delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wierzbica,
b) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish),
c) delivery of instructions required for handling with the order
in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle,
d) training in vehicle operation of at least 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the scope of the principles of use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, which will be confirmed by a certificate.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of minimum required technical and utility parameters, car equipment is described in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
1 The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the TSO Wierzbica unit.
2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
a) delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wierzbica,
b) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish),
c) delivery of instructions required for handling with the order
in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle,
d) training in vehicle operation of at least 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the scope of the principles of use, operation, maintenance and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, which will be confirmed by a certificate.
3. General requirements of the subject of the contract:
– the vehicle should meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations,
taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with implementing regulations,
− the vehicle should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002, of 2010 No. 85 item 553 and of 2018 item 984),
– the vehicle should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on the technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, fiscal control, Customs Service, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594),
– the vehicle should be marked with operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the Ordinance No. 1 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 24 January 2020 on transport economy in organizational units of the State Fire Service,
– the vehicle must have a valid certificate of admission for use in fire protection in the Polish issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended. as amended),
− the vehicle should have a chassis approval certificate and an extract from the approval certificate for a specific chassis,
− the vehicle should meet the general and specific requirements in accordance with the standard
PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent standards,
− engine, chassis and cab of the same manufacturer.
