The mission aims to carry out green management and maintenance of areas that are part of the current and future heritage of De Volkswoningen. The contracting authority wishes to alert the tenderer that the green maintenance must be done in a sustainable and ecological way.
Depending on the location (non-exhaustive list), the assignment includes the following activities:
- mowing and scrounding lawn beds
- pruning hedges and shrubs
- pruning ornamental grasses
- flail or forest mowing of wastelands
- weed control (weeding) of plant boxes, flower boxes, under hags/shrubs, around trees
- maintenance and repair of fire road pavements
- accommodating clean up litter and waste
- maintenance of green roofs
- pruning and felling of trees (on demand)
- replanting beds/flower boxes (on demand)
