The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Pawłów. At the time of establishment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) in the Pawłów commune, the subject of the contract will cover the collection, transport and management of municipal waste also from this point.
The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Pawłów. At the time of establishment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) in the Pawłów commune, the subject of the contract will cover the collection, transport and management of municipal waste also from this point.
The contractor will perform the service covered by the subject of the contract from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2020.
Collection from residents will cover:
- municipal waste collected in a non-selective manner (mixed municipal waste, including used textiles),
- municipal waste collected selectively "at source" by fraction:
• paper and cardboard;
• glass;
• plastics, multi-material packaging and metals;
• biodegradable waste (excluding grass and branches);
• ash;
- bulky waste, which due to their size cannot be collected in typical containers and / or waste bags, including old furniture, rugs, carpets etc.,
- waste electrical and electronic equipment, including refrigerators, washing machines, TV sets, etc.,
- hazardous waste, including paints, varnishes, paint, varnish and solvent packaging, fluorescent lamps, batteries and accumulators, expired medicines,
- used tires (from passenger cars and agricultural machinery),
- construction and demolition waste, e.g. windows, agricultural films, roofing felt, polystyrene foam and mineral wool.
At the time of creation of PSZOK, the collection will cover:
- municipal waste collected in a selective manner divided into fractions: cardboard and paper; glass; plastics, multi-material packaging,
- bulky waste,
- waste electrical and electronic equipment,
- used tires (from passenger cars and agricultural machinery),
- construction and demolition waste, e.g. roofing felt, polystyrene and mineral wool, post-agricultural foils,
- hazardous waste, including paints, varnishes, paint, varnish and solvent packaging, fluorescent lamps, batteries and accumulators, expired drugs,
- green waste.
The contracting authority informs that it will provide waste collection service at PSZOK.
Number of inhabitants of the Pawłów commune calculated on the basis of submitted declarations about the amount of the municipal fee (as at 31.8.2018): 13 833.
The estimated number of properties to be serviced includes 3,428 households.
Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires that during the implementation of the contract on public procurement, persons performing activities in the field of collection and transport of municipal waste, i.e.
a) drivers - loaders,
b) logistics.
They were employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26.6.1974 of the Labor Code.
