The contract is entitled "Statutory audit missions for the financial years 2023 to 2028" (appointment of a titular auditor and his deputy). Article 21 of the constitutive agreement of the National Cancer Institute (Inca) provides that: "The accounts of the Inca are subject to certification by an auditor. The holder and the alternate are appointed by the president of the Inca at the end of a competitive tendering procedure". The contract holder, appointed for a mandate of 6 accounting years, will have to exercise control over the accounts of the CNIB. He will be appointed by the president of the inca, at the end of the competitive tendering procedure. The holder and his substitute must be registered on the list mentioned in Article L. 822-1 of the Commercial Code. As an indication, for an annual account certification service (one financial year), the estimated annual volume of the Inca is on average 300 hours / year (non-contractual data)
