The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity to the tapping points of the Special Purpose Union of Municipalities R-XXI based in Nowogard.
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations - Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 20.12.2004 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 2, item 6) regarding the detailed connection conditions entities for electricity networks, network traffic and operation, specifying, among others technical parameters of electricity.
The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity and all costs related to the implementation of the contract throughout the duration of the contract, including, among others: energy supply, subscription, commercial service fees, commercial balancing, settlements with transmission system operators, taxes and fees.

The Purchaser (CZG R-XXI) on 29.3.2019 was entered into the register of producers in a small installation kept by the Energy Regulatory Office under the number MIOZE / URE00780 / 2019, thereby obtaining the status of an electricity generator
As part of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to balance commercial energy both from the distribution network and the energy generated by the electricity producer (contracting authority) and fed into the distribution network.
The contractor will be established as the entity responsible for commercial balancing (POB) for the producer (contracting authority) connected to the distribution network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o. o
Currently, the contracting authority is a producer of electricity in a small installation with a capacity of 0.4 MWp, in the years 2020-2021 envisages the installation of 1 MWp solar modules.
The scope of the order.
Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin.
690 kW contracted power. Estimated consumption over the duration of the contract, including 'option right' - 7,534 MWh (including basic order 4,520.40 MWh).
Waste reloading station in Mielenko Drawski.
2 collection points:
a) with 15 kW connection power. Estimated consumption over the duration of the contract including 'option right' - 34 MWh (including basic order 20.4 MWh);
b) with a connection capacity of 39 kW. Estimated consumption during the contract period, including 'option right' - 27 MWh (including basic order 16.2 MWh).
Waste reloading station in Mokrawica (Kamien Pomorski commune).
Connection power 15 kW. Estimated consumption over the duration of the contract including the option right - 47 MWh (including basic order 28.20 MWh).
Waste transhipment station in Świnoujście.
Connection power 39 kW. Estimated consumption over the duration of the contract, including 'option right' - 135 MWh (including basic order 81 MWh).
The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, under which it assumes that:
- the estimated size of the option right is 40% of the maximum order,
- the option right will be implemented under the same conditions and dates as the basic order,
- the optional order will be implemented according to the actual needs of the contracting authority and may be used within the term of the contract,
- the unit price of the option right will be the same as for the basic order, as specified in the offer form submitted by the contractor.
