Existing work includes project management, design and preparation of new construction, renovation and extension as well as maintenance of existing electrical and lighting networks in Linköping and Katrineholm municipalities. The projects include both cable and freeline networks. There may also be a need for consultants who work continuously with several projects at the same time.
purpose
The purpose of the procurement is to sign framework agreements with Suppliers who can provide the Client with consultants for project management and design/preparation of electrical and lighting networks through renewed competitive tendering in cases where the need arises.
Extent
The procurement includes an ongoing need for consultants for project management and design/preparation of electrical and lighting networks. Existing work includes project management, design and preparation of new construction, renovation and extension as well as maintenance of existing electrical and lighting networks in Linköping and Katrineholm municipalities. The projects include both cable and freeline networks. There may also be a need for consultants who work continuously with several projects at the same time.
The supplier must be able to provide both project manager and designer/preparer. The need covers approximately 16,000 hours annually. The time is divided into both large and small projects of varying lengths where occupancy can vary between 20-100%.
Please note that the scope of the assignment is based on previous years and that the Customer cannot guarantee volumes.
During the contract period, changes may be made based on Group decisions, business changes, etc. that may affect the need and volume. The supplier is obliged to supply the real need.
The Customer will sign an agreement with a maximum of six (6) Suppliers to cover the need, provided that so many Suppliers are qualified and meet the requirements.
Call-offs will take place through renewed competitive tendering,
