The tender concerns painting, flooring and cleaning work in connection with the relocation of Silkeborg Municipality's elderly and nursing homes. The average annual vacancy rate for all nursing homes and senior citizens of the contracting entity is approximately 30%, corresponding to approximately 207 removals per year. During the contract period, incoming and outgoing of homes can be expected, just as the average annual number of vacancies is also only an estimate.

The services are offered as 3 lots. The sub-agreements are based on geographical divisions of nursing and senior housing in Silkeborg Municipality.

Subarea north - Concerns painting, flooring and cleaning work in connection with the relocation of Silkeborg Municipality's elderly and nursing homes. At the time of the tender, subarea north consists of 241 nursing and elderly homes in the towns: Kjellerup, Ans and Silkeborg.

Subarea south - Concerns painting, flooring and cleaning work in connection with the relocation of Silkeborg Municipality's elderly and nursing homes. At the time of the tender, sub-area south consists of 250 nursing and elderly homes in the towns: Bryrup, Them and Silkeborg.

Sub-area East - Concerns painting, flooring and cleaning work in connection with the relocation of Silkeborg Municipality's elderly and nursing homes. At the time of the tender, subarea north consists of 130 nursing and elderly homes in the cities: Gjern, Fårvang and Silkeborg.
