Reconstruction, insulation and renovation of the building along with the construction of an internal gas installation for a multi-family building at 11 Łowicka Street in Gdańsk, as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of residential and commercial buildings located in the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk in 2017-2020".

Scope of works: a) Demolition and dismantling works, b) General construction works, c) Sanitary installations in the scope, d) Electrical installations in the scope, e) Teletechnical installations in the scope of, f) Preparation of the energy performance certificate of the building, g) Execution of an as-built energy audit. 2. A detailed description of the scope of works is specified in point 3 SWZ DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 3. Annexes to the Terms of Contract Specification describing the subject of the contract are specified in detail in point 3 point 4 SWZ.
