The purpose of the procedure is to carry out an exhibition on the Cigéo project in the center of ANDRA in Meuse/Haute-Marne (CMHM), territory that will host the storage centre, if authorized. This permanent exhibition will be presented for several years and will have to be able to integrate the developments of the project.

The service will include:

— an execution study in which the supplier will define all manufacturing methods, draw up the precise plans of the elements, and select the materials and finishes. The provider will carry out prototypes if necessary. All these elements will be subject to validation by the contracting authority and the contractor for validation before the start of the manufacture;

— the manufacture in the workshop of fittings and furniture;

— all supplies necessary for proper realization;

— coordination and verification with other undertakings concerning furniture in interfaces with other lots;

— On-site delivery (CMHM);

— the installation, fixing, setting and setting of all the elements on the site;

— attendance at meetings;

— restoration of cleanliness of the site after installation of all installations;

— construction site reception.

The service will include:

— restoration of the cleanliness of the site after installation of the exhibition graphic elements;

— construction site reception.

The service will include:

— to carry out the monitoring and management of the project;

— design the scenario of the devices at its expense;

— produce the specified video or animations content;

— select and supply all the technical equipment necessary for the realization of the devices at its expense;

— to carry out the necessary coordination and interfaces with the undertakings holding the other lots in connection with this contract;

— design and carry out all the technical, mechanical, computer, graphic and audiovisual developments necessary for the proper functioning of the device;

— organize the test phases for technical validation, but also ergonomic and good understanding of the content/messages of the devices;

— the installation of the entire device in furniture including wiring and electrical connections. This list is not exhaustive.

The service will include:

— studies with calculation notes, plans and execution details. These documents shall be drawn up on the basis of the company consultation file and will be submitted to the contracting authority and the contracting authority for approval. These studies also incorporate the survey and control of on-site measurements for the preparation of layout structures;

— the presentation to the contracting authority and the contractor of the samples, as well as all the constituent elements: materials, colour samples, samples of sheet metal in their requested finish, hardware, etc.

— the supply, manufacture, transport, installation and adjustment of the signage when these are described at the expense of this batch.

They include, in particular, the following works:

— the transport on foot, the protection, storage, installation and attachment of all arranged assemblies;

— the integration of the works made in the workshop into the existing one;

— all digital printing and screen printing jobs;

— the manufacture and installation of all the lacquered wooden supports provided;

— the set of works of connection and finishing to the existing one;

— painting of reference surfaces;

— the supply of products of bright colours and fine colours;

— all necessary scaffolding;

— the protection of all works until reception;

— cleaning before reception;

— fixing, adjusting and caulking devices necessary to correct normal performance tolerances.

All finishing work necessary to ensure that the works of this contract do not require the intervention of any other state body. Prior to commencing manufacturing, the contractor will complete and submit complete plans with the following details:

— the examination and specific identification of the places of implantation;

— the dimensions of the different structures (plans, cuts, elevations required);

— the nature, thickness and sections of the various materials used;

— details of seals, anchors, and other fasteners on the various supports encountered;

— all the details enabling the supervisor to judge the proposed work;

— a complete sampling of the materials in the colours and finishes provided for in the project, including marking.
