Description:
Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners from the Wierzchosławice Municipality, where residents reside and from the PSZOK in Wierzchosławice

The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: "Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate from the Wierzchosławice Commune, where residents live, and from PSZOK in Wierzchosławice". The order was divided into two parts: Part I: Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate in the Wierzchosławice Commune, where residents live. Part II-PSZOK: Collection and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Wierzchosławice.

Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners

The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste donated by the owners of real estate on which residents live, in particular: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01), b) paper (code 15 01 01, 20 01 01), c) metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), d) plastics (code 15 01 02, 20 01 39), (e) glass (code 15 01 07, 20 01 02), (f) multi-material packaging waste, mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 05, 15 01 06), g) bio-waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01). Organization of waste containers and bags for waste segregation 1 The municipality of Wierzchosławice has its own containers for mixed municipal waste of appropriate quality and capacity. Containers are located on every property inhabited in the Wierzchosławice Municipality. The Contractor will be obliged to substitute only 1100 l containers, into which selective waste (paper, glass, plastic) will be collected - in two indicated locations in the Wierzchosławice Commune (a total of 6 containers, regarding multi-apartment buildings). Containers for mixed waste in multi-apartment buildings are provided by the Ordering Party (capacity: 140 l and 240 l). 2 The Contracting Authority expects the Contractor to equip the inhabited properties with bags for the separate collection of municipal waste, indicated above in points b-g: — before the first collection of segregated waste in January 2023, — before the first collection of waste from the new property, — upon receipt of segregated waste, in the amount of at least collected bags with segregated waste, of the same color. However, it should be assumed that the residents' demand for bags, as well as the selection of waste, will systematically increase, as environmental awareness and social messages are increasing, and therefore bags should also be spent at the request of the resident in a larger amount necessary for the proper selection of municipal waste. Greater demand for bags will also occur in the summer season; — indirectly – by equipping the Information Point of the Wierzchosławice Commune Office in order to issue the necessary bags for waste segregation to residents living in the area of the Wierzchosławice commune. Frequency of collection of mixed municipal waste from single-family buildings – every two weeks. Frequency of collection of municipal waste segregated from single-family buildings – once a month. Frequency of collection of mixed municipal waste from multi-apartment buildings – once a week. The frequency of collecting municipal waste segregated from single-family buildings – twice a month, but in the period from April to October bio-waste will be collected every two weeks. The Contractor is obliged to manage the collected waste in accordance with the law. The Contractor will be obliged to weigh the collected waste in Wierzchosławice after each collection. Before the commencement of the provision of the service, the Contractor shall develop schedules for the collection of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Wierzchosławice and submit them to the Ordering Party for agreement. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with monthly reports on the collected and managed waste. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste arising from business activity. Other information is contained in the SWZ and the annex to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract for part I.
