SWR intends to outsource the type and style advice for presenters of SWR television. Within the framework of an annual budget for clothing specified by SWR (max. € 1,500 gross per presenter), the type and style advice serves to select the clothing that best suits the person, the studio decoration, the concept of the show and the overarching SWR design. The styling of the presenter should follow current trends in the market and in fashion. In this way, a contemporary appearance of SWR television is to be ensured and the respective programmes are to be strengthened in their appearance and their effect on the viewers or the respective target group. Fluctuations within the styling of the presenters of SWR television are to be reduced by the advice and a uniform "look and feel" is to be established among the viewers.

The focus of the consultancy is on formats that have been defined as formative programmes within SWR television. The spectrum ranges from news, service, magazine, talk, entertainment to sports programs.
The requirements of the client and the services to be provided accordingly by the contractor are expected to be bundled in up to 45 consultations or stylings per year. The estimated annual order volume is based on the budget available for this purpose and amounts to approx. € 80,000 gross (pure consulting services including travel expenses, excluding costs for clothing – these will be billed separately). This results in an estimated total order volume of approx. € 320,000 gross over the maximum contract period of 48 months. The optional maximum quantity for the call-off from the tendered framework agreement is based on the stated budget and is a maximum of 15% higher (= € 368,000 gross). However, the contractor is not entitled to an assignment in full, as the available budget may change in the course of the contract. The sums given are only an indication of the maximum order amount per year, no minimum purchase is guaranteed.
