The client is considering continuing the self-insurer for the WGA as of 1.1.2021. Whether the contracting authority actually continues self-insurance with a private insurance policy for the WGA depends on whether self-insurance is a (financially) more attractive option than transferring the WGA financing to the UWV or taking it into its own management.

On the reference date 31.12.2019, the client had 1 053 employees. The expected WIA wage bill of NUOVO in 2020 is EUR 44,027,547. The actual scope of the assignment is known after the definitive WGA insurance premium statement.
