The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents live and from owners of summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes from the area of the Łapsze Niżne Commune from falsztyn, Frydman, Niedzica-Zamek, Niedzica, Kacwin, Łapsze Niżne, Łapsze Wyżne, Łapszanka and Trybsz in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate on which residents live and from the owners of summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes from the area of the Łapsze Niżne Commune from the towns of Falsztyn, Frydman, Niedzica-Zamek, Niedzica, Kacwin, Łapsze Niżne, Łapsze Wyżne, Łapszanka and Trybsz from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
2. The subject of the contract does not include the collection of municipal waste from real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated (e.g. business entities and institutions).
3. The scope of the order includes the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the residents reside and from the owners of cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, the transport of received waste to segregation, recovery and disposal and transfer of collected municipal waste and development in the installation, according to the hierarchy of handling waste.
4. The Contractor will provide comprehensive services in the field of collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner from the łapsze Niżne Commune, ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste in accordance with the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the aforementioned Act and the implementing provisions of this Act.
5. In the Łapsze Niżne Commune, a bag-container municipal waste collection system is in force. The delivery of bags and containers is not covered by the order. The Contractor will not be responsible for equipping property owners with containers/bags for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and bags for segregated waste. Equipping residential properties with containers intended for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste belongs exclusively to the property owners.
6. Equipment of property inhabited with containers intended for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste belongs only to the owners of the property.
7. The designation of bags and bins with barcodes will be the responsibility of the owners of the property.
8. Barcodes are provided to property owners by the Ordering Party.
