A Management, Operation, Maintenance and Development system will be procured to use for the property management at the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has gathered a property portfolio of a little less than 900 000 square metres.

Primarily the system shall have the functionality for management, operation and maintenance of the properties with the associated systems and equipment, but should also be able to receive documentation from construction and rehabilitation projects and supply information for architects, design advisers, goods and services suppliers etc. It is also desirable for the system to have the functionality for cleaning and customer service.
