Delivery of a total of 6 battery-electric low-floor buses, including 3 solo buses and 3 articulated buses. By buses with purely battery-electric drive, the client understands vehicles that draw their driving energy exclusively from traction batteries and are charged stationary for operational use with electrical energy via a plug-in system. The client's operating concept envisages the use of vehicles that can provide a mileage of at least 200 km/day on one charge over the entire service life (but at least 10 years).

With the initiation of the participation competition, the client expressly points out the provision of § 55 SektVO and that it intends to make use of the possibility of § 55 (1) SektVO, provided that corresponding offers are received.

The contracting authority also points out that the procurement documents will provide for the availability of a fully operational workshop for the maintenance and repair of the buses within a radius of a maximum of 30km (as the crow flies) to the seat of the client; this must be operational by the agreed time of delivery at the latest.
