The assignment concerns project management services for a new health centre in Mandal. The preliminary scope is described below. The assignment includes project management from the implementation of the result of the building and design contest, to a completed development phase (phase 1) where extensive use of interaction contracts is planned. The work in this phase must follow the principles of open book, where all communication, all documents and information must be available to all project participants.

Implementation of phase 2 requires political approval of the preliminary project (phase 1). The construction project is expected to be completed as a partnering contract.
