The services are divided into 2 geographical lots, each subject to a framework agreement, which are relaunched following termination. Framework agreements are made on a unit price list, with no minimum number of orders and with a specified maximum for the lot concerned. They are the subject of a single tranche.

- The Carrez law

- Technical diagnostics for rentals and sales
