maintenance in operational condition of Cap10 aircraft and provision of flight hours for the benefit of the French Navy's introductory flying school

the purpose of the
contract is to maintain Cap10 aircraft in operational condition and provide flight hours for the benefit of the French Navy's introductory flying school.

The main services to be performed are:

- maintenance of Cap10 state aircraft and associated equipment;

- the organization of the management of the seaworthiness of the Cap10 of the French Navy;

- the provision of flight hours on aircraft made available by the holder.

this draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.

This draft contract includes both fixed services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R 2362-8 of the Public Order Code.

Services on provision:

Pursuant to Articles R 2372-19 to R 2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the contract may present significant technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
